The "jox box" is the best alternative for use on high-use, low-maintenance fields. Designed to last for several seasons without showing significant wear, if maintained properly. Allows players to dig in for solid comfortable footing without creating dug-in holes. Constructed of a 2-inch-thick porous crumb rubber base topped off with a three-quarter-inch-long artificial turf cover. Approved by ASA and USSSA for league and tournament play.
